Return Policy

Our return window is 30 days, which means you have 30 days from the time you get your order to start the return process.

The item must be in its original state, which means it must be fresh, unused, still have its tags, and be in its original packing.  You also have to present a ticket or other evidence of purchase.

Starting the return procedure, email us at sales@bulklinensupply.com. Should your return request be approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and inform you where and how to forward the goods.  

Returns sent without first getting permission will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

There will be a 25% refund fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if any of the items are broken, faulty, or the wrong ones. This way, we can fix the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that go bad quickly (like food, flowers, or plants), items that are made just for you (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products) cannot be returned.  We also do not take returns for dangerous goods, burning liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about a certain item.

We don’t take back things that are on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item as quickly as possible, send the original item back and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and review it, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If it is, it will be sent back to the method of payment you used the first time. It could take a while for your bank or credit card company to handle the return.
